Discovery call

A short conversation about your business and where you're feeling stretched.

Before any work begins, we have a real conversation. You tell me about your business - what you do, who you serve, how your week typically goes, and where the admin is creating the most friction. I listen, ask questions, and start forming a picture of whether and how we'd work together.

What we cover

  • The shape of your business - solo or small team, current client load, busy and quiet seasons

  • Your current admin reality - what's eating your week, what's slipping through

  • Your tools and workflows - what's working, what's patched together

  • What you'd want your week to feel like if the admin were handled

  • A first read on which package might fit

Proposal

A written recommendation tailored to what we discussed.

After our call, I send a written proposal that lays out the package I recommend, what's included, any specific things I'll handle based on what you shared, the onboarding scope, and the timeline. You'll have time to read it, ask questions, and decide at your own pace.

  • Any setup projects worth bundling (HoneyBook, Stripe, process documentation)

  • Onboarding scope, fee, and timeline

  • Proposed start date and how to say yes

You review on your own time. We can hop on a follow-up call to talk through anything, or you can sign the proposal and we get rolling.

Onboarding

One to two weeks of focused setup before any monthly work begins.

1-2 weeks - $350 flat fee

Onboarding is the work that doesn't look like the work - but it's what makes everything afterward feel seamless. We spend one to two weeks on a deep dive into your business: learning your voice, securing tool access, mapping your client journey, and building the shared systems we'll use day-to-day.

What it includes

  • A 60-90 minute intake call, deeper than discovery

  • Secure setup of tool access (HoneyBook, Stripe, email, password manager)

  • A brand voice document so I can write like you, not like me

  • A custom map of your client journey from inquiry to post-wedding follow-up

  • Setup of our shared workspace and the monthly check-in rhythm

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

A complete, documented system that lets me run your back office without constantly asking, "How do you usually handle this?"

Monthly rhythm

A predictable monthly cadence that runs in the background of your week.

Once onboarding is done, the steady work begins. Every month follows the same predictable shape, so you always know what to expect - and what you don't have to think about.

What the month looks like

  • Week 1: Priorities confirmed for the month ahead

  • Throughout: Work happening quietly, ongoing communication via your preferred tool (Slack, email)

  • Each week: A summary you can scan in 90 seconds - what came in, what I handled, what needs you

  • End of month: A recap with hours used, outcomes delivered, and anything worth discussing for next month

  • The Reception tier: A monthly check-in call to review and improve

What the first 90 days look like

Once we're working together, here's how the relationship typically unfolds - so you know what's normal and what's not.

Month 01

Calibrating

We're still getting in sync. You'll likely have small adjustments to how I respond, what I prioritize, how I communicate. That's normal - the first thirty days are about getting in tune with how you actually run your business.

Month 02

Patterns settling

I'm responding in your voice. You're trusting more of the work to happen without checking in. You start to notice the time give back - the evening you used to spend on inbox cleanup, now your own again.

Month 03

In rhythm

We're running. If you've outgrown your tier or want to shift focus, we have a real conversation about what to change. Otherwise, things just keep working - quietly, reliably, in the background.

What if my needs change?

Tier changes happen monthly with 30 days notice - up, down, or back. Pauses available once per 12 months for up to 60 days. No long-term commitment. See the full policies for details.
