There's no deadline and no pressure. The Next Chapter is a small, gentle group program for widows who are beginning — just beginning — to wonder about companionship again.
It starts with a free, unhurried cup of tea call. Not a sales call — a conversation.
You've started to wonder — sometimes with guilt — whether you could love again, and you're not sure what to do with that feeling.
You haven't dated in decades, and the apps your friends mention feel like a foreign country.
You worry what your children, your in-laws, or your friends would think.
You want someone to travel with, cook for, laugh with — and you want them to understand that your late partner will always be part of your story.
You're not even sure you're ready. That's allowed. "Not sure" is exactly where this program begins.
For twelve weeks, you'll meet weekly with a small group of widows — never more than twelve — who know what it is to grieve and hope at the same time. Together, gently and at your own pace, we move from "Am I ready?" to the practical skills of dating today: profiles, apps, safety, and that first cup of coffee.
We never ask you to leave your past at the door. A new love doesn't erase the old one. Here we don't "move on" — we move forward, carrying love with us.
Meet your circle. Share as much or as little as you like.
The feeling almost every widow carries — named, honored, and gently loosened.
Scripts for adult children, in-laws, and friends — practiced together, not just handed to you.
A clear, kind framework. And if your answer is "not yet," that's honored, too — see the Not Yet Promise below.
A plain-language tour of how it all works now. Watching is participating.
An honest profile you're proud of — drafted together, with hands-on tech help.
Pacing a conversation, spotting when someone's stringing you along, and when to suggest meeting.
Spotting romance scams and red flags, and meeting safely. Knowledge is calm.
A first coffee is just a coffee. You can leave whenever you like. We'll practice together.
Deciding whether to see someone again, handling "no" gracefully either way, and not over-reading one coffee.
For anyone dating past a first meeting: pacing a new connection while protecting your heart. For anyone not there yet, a reminder there's no clock.
You name your next step — a date, a connection you're pacing, a profile, or a decision to wait. All are honored equally.
90 minutes together on video, recorded so you never miss a week. Captions on everything.
Can be filled out on a computer or tablet — or it can be printed, if you prefer to fill it out by hand.
Off social media, carefully moderated, just your circle. A safe place for the in-between moments.
Two open "office hours" where we set up apps and profiles together, screen to screen.
Thirty minutes, one-to-one, whenever you need it most — often after Week 2, or before a first date.
Telling your children. Ending a date kindly. Words ready when you need them.

If, in the first four weeks, you realize you're not ready — that's not a failure, it's an answer. You may pause and join any future circle at no charge, or have every penny returned. No questions, no judgment. Ready in your own time means exactly that.
If the price is the only thing standing in your way, please contact me. One reduced-rate place is held in every circle.
Love again, in your own time.
