Hi! I’m Berit Van Neste.
When I was a teacher, I struggled with classroom management. My first year teaching was a disaster! I took multiple professional development trainings about classroom management. They were somewhat helpful, but I kept feeling like something was missing.
Then Tasha* walked into my classroom. Tasha had a reputation for being a poor student with a bad attitude. I relied on building a relationship with her to improve her classroom experience and keep my classroom a joyful environment.
My experience with Tasha propelled me to pursue a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership with a focus on classroom management.
Now, I have combined everything I learned as a teacher with what I learned in my doctoral program to create the classroom management eBooks, courses, and coaching I’m offering here in the Classroom Management School.
